This privacy policy, together with the Website Terms and Agreements, Return Policy and Conditions and Sales Terms and Conditions (if applicable), sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. On Point Saliency (OPS) takes your online privacy very seriously. 3.1 All of our email newsletters include instructions on how to unsubscribe. Please follow these instructions to remove yourself from our individual lists. Although we would like to be able to tell you that the personal information you provide us with is absolutely safe. Therefore, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that you transmit certain Personal Information over this site at your own risk; however we take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide us from theft, alteration or unauthorized inspection.
